Meet Carrie
Carrie Smith is our children's minister. She is originally from Murphysboro, IL and received a bachelor's in music education from SIU-Carbondale.
Ministry
She has 12 plus years experience leading children's ministry and more years than that as a children's ministry volunteer. She is married to her husband Richard and has three children -- Elijah, Joshua and Ruth. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano, spending time with her family and friends, playing board games and cheering for her favorite sports teams! She loves to teach kids the Bible, that Jesus is real and loves them, and show them that through knowing Jesus they can have a hope for an unimaginable perfect future with him.
